The Process
Background
Icing sits at the low price, low trend area, but they should be in the high trend low price section.
Their target audience is primarily young women in their teens and early twenties, typically between the ages of 18 and 35, who are interested in fashion, beauty, and self-expression.
Icing: A Look that Chills
A new logo will be introduced with a more modern font that evokes the feeling of ice. The phrase “by Claire's” will also be removed to separate Icing from the childlike image of their parent company.
Influencers
No one could represent the fun and youthful tone of our brand more than Ice Spice. Not only is her name fitting but she's known to be in love with Bling. Ice Spice has over 8 million tik tok followers and 7 million Instagram followers.
Icing Truck
You scream, I Scream, we all scream, Ice Cream with Icing. We will take our Icing ice cream truck to large festivals and events and serve as a full-service pop up complete will custom jewelry, piercing stations and all things icing

“Freeze your love in time”: couple’s line including items such as bonded bracelets and promise rings. It creates an emotional bond between couples and the brand.
“Ice Yourself”: customizable jewelry with charm bracelets and necklaces.
